A series of recipes written on scraps of paper belonging to the Greeniaus family. (.8) is a recipe for "Oatmeal Cakes". The back of the recipe appears to have been ripped from an envelope of sorts bearing the Greeniaus name. The recipe is written as follows: "Oatmeal Cakes 1 egg 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 " lard or drippings 6 tablespoons sweet milk 1 teaspoon soda 1/2 " salt 2 1/2 cups flour 2 1/2 " rolled oats 1 teaspoon vanilla Arletta" |
