Description |
A series of recipes written on scraps of paper belonging to the Greeniaus family. (.10) is a recipe for "Oatmeal Cookies". The back of the recipe appears to have been ripped from an envelope addressed to "Mrs. Catherine Greeniaus / Sheridan P.O./ Ontario". The recipe is written as follows: "Oatmeal Cookies 2 eggs well beaten 1 cup of sugar 1/2 of each 1 tablespoon of butter 2 teaspoons of vanilla 1/2 " of salt 2 cups of oatmeal 1/2 " " flour 2 teaspoons baking powder in flour- Put vanilla in eggs Drop a teaspoon of mixture every 3 inches on greased pan." |
