Biography |
Carl Lloyd Hamilton was born on September 07, 1895. He was the son of John Hamilton and his first wife, Rebecca Ann Cordingley. Carl was 2 years old when her mother passed away in 1897. His father married Emma Jane South in 1900 and Carl was raised with his stepmother from the age of 5 years old. Carl had 5 siblings from his father's first marriage and two from his father's second marriage. As a child Carl attended S.S. No. 17 School in Toronto Township, historic Mississauga with his siblings. His father was a farmer and Carl was raised on the family farm with his 7 siblings. The Hamilton family farm was located at Lot 10 Con 6, Toronto Township, Historic Mississauga. Carl died on September 14, 1914 at 19 years old. His cause of death is listed as blood poison. Carl is buried with his sister, Vera Rebecca Ann, who died at 3 months old on Feburary 20, 1898. |
