Biography |
Eva Barbara Wiel was born in October 1761 in Belheim, Bavaria, Germany to her father, Johann Martin Wiel, and her mother Anna Elisabetha Weil. Sometime around 1790 she immigrated to Pennsylannia and married Sebastian Greeniaus on April 06, 1790 at Schwartzwald Reformed Church in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Together they had 6 children. In 1806, her husband is granted land in Toronto Township, Peel County, Southren Ontario, Canada. Eva died on March 17, 1844 in Peel County, Ontario. She is buried in Mississauga, Peel Regional Municipality, Ontario, Canada. Eva's tombstone reads her anglicized name "Eve Will Greeniaus". |
